WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
Work with the Product Managers to outline features for the product roadmaps.
Work with different teams and products to understand requirements and design solutions.
Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
Work within R&D to improve processes and best practices
Innovate process solutions
Create or align best practices
Monitor for and sometimes enforcement of standards
Serve as technical expert on development projects.
Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
Work without supervision on highly complex projects.

Assist and mentor less experienced peers.
Actively participate or sometimes take the lead in Agile ceremonies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Typically requires 10 or more years of experience.
Proven previous experience at the Software Engineer III role
Extensive knowledge of the field.
A very good working knowledge of Agile Project development methodology and the ability to implement those methodologies in active projects.
Proven experience and knowledge of the relevant programming language requirements for this role and the ability to share that knowledge with team members.
Assist as a project leader or as a subject matter expert.
Assist in coordinating project activities of co-located and remote team members.
Very high level of communication skills (verbal and written)

Senior CloudOps Engineer -Remote
This role will focus on deploying and maintaining well architected cloud infrastructure solutions to support our applications’ business and technical requirements as we establish a significant presence within the SaaS business market. The ideal candidate will be familiar with current and emerging cloud technologies, system architectures, automation tools and technologies. This role must work closely with application developers, sales, and support engineers across multiple product lines to deliver resilient cloud solutions in a team-oriented environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on cloud infrastructure that address business requirements for scalability, reliability, security, automation and performance
Perform operational engineering for activities which include platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting and documentation
Identify, design, and deploy appropriate monitoring/alerting of service events related to performance, scalability, availability, and reliability
Provide 24/7 support as part of an on-call rotation team that responds to afterhours infrastructure alerts and calls from the application support team requiring infrastructure support.
Define and maintain critical cloud policies regarding Security, Service Level Agreements, Disaster Recovery, Shared Responsibility, Acceptable Use, Data Retention etc.
Contribute to cloud strategy discussions, and decisions on overall cloud design and best approach for implementing cloud solutions
Support the adoption of DevOps methodology and Agile project management

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar IT related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of highly available distributed applications
Minimum 5 years of experience in networking, infrastructure, and database architecture
Minimum 5 years of experience with industry patterns, methodologies, and techniques across the disaster recovery disciplines
Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecting and delivering cloud-based solutions, AWS solutions preferred

Experience deploying web and service-based applications in Windows/Linux environments,

Renewals Specialist
Manage customer relationships and facilitate customer requests, particularly as it relates to maintenance renewals, account updates, and licensing changes, with a key focus on customer retention. Renewals Specialists are driven by the following competencies: Customer Service, Data Integrity, Detail Orientation and Quality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage the renewal process, from quoting, internal approvals, through to ensuring the Order is processed correctly.
Proactively reach out to customers a minimum of 90 days prior to renewal date. Target renewal proposals for both end users and partners being submitted a minimum of 30 days advance of expiration.
Resolve issues related to order processing, and license expirations.
Weekly forecast to Senior Customer Operations Manager on bookings and losses.
Negotiate special pricing and validate at point of order.
Maintain accurate data in CRM such as customer licensing & contact details, correct pricing, and special agreements.
Assist customers with requests related to licensing, renewal maintenance, and invoicing. Including guidance on documentation required for renewal e.g. indemnities, terms and conditions of support.
Responsible for managing the at-risk process for your customers, by handling any requests to cancel renewal maintenance/subscriptions. Coordinate with necessary departments to identify opportunities to save the renewal, help drive retention and resolve customer issues.
Assist Accounts Receivable Specialists when needed in chasing outstanding invoices to collect overdue payments.
Contact customers at various points during their term to provide customer service, identify opportunities for additional products or services, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Assist with Export license requests when necessary.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year degree preferred; minimum one year customer service experience or equivalent education and experience

The Director, Service Operations & Project Management at Compugoal Innovation Lab is responsible for driving world-class services processes, developing, deploying, and encouraging the best practices, procedures, and tools necessary to ensure consistency, quality, and maximum efficiency throughout the global professional services and customer success teams. This essential role will work closely with the Vice President of Services Delivery and Customer Success to standardize metrics, operating procedures, and goals across the global organization. The group will include Project Management Office (PMO), Services Operations, and Reporting and Analytics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage a team of direct reports, identify and coach leaders in areas of specialization, and build a team required to support the project demand
Create and manage a unified Services Portfolio across all brands
Oversee resource management, including resource forecasting and utilization, performance and profitability, and customer satisfaction across the global services organization
Partner with your manager and other key resources to identify, develop, and implement strategies for improving the Services team’s effectiveness, including processes, methodologies, and training
